Just wanted to share a quick update. Things are picking up at the inn, and we are seeing lots of progress now on the lodge. We had a great work day this past Saturday where we worked on installing subfloor and framing on two of our guest rooms. Our framing contractor also prepped the great room to have the ceilings vaulted. The joists have been cleared and they will install a beam this week. This will allow us to finish framing up rooms and installing the new subfloor on the main level and move on to plumbing and electrical!
We’ll keep you posted on the continuing progress. We have another work day set for February 20 as well as two in the works for March.
