Rest
We believe God created us to live from a place of rest.
Demonstrated by -

• resting in our identity as children of God
• experiencing the easy yoke and light burden provided by Jesus
• abiding in Jesus and remaining dependent on His Spirit
• living a rhythm of rest and work
• ceasing to strive for purposeful renewal

Renewal
We believe God is making us new.
Demonstrated by -

• a commitment to being a lifelong learner of Jesus
• believing that God will continue the good work he has started in us until it is finished
• attending to how God is currently transforming us and our relationships with others
• a recognition that God restores us to previous places and takes us to fresh, new places
• listening and responding to the movement of the Holy Spirit as we cooperate with divine shifts in our lives

Retreat
We believe God invites us to withdraw to solitary places.

• disengaging for the purpose of unhurried communion with the Father
• a recognition that times of pruning and abiding precede seasons of growth and fruitfulness
• believing that intentional times of retreat yield greater dependence on Jesus and power in the Spirit
• enjoying intimacy with God through silence, solitude, prayer and meditation

Community
We believe God created us to be known.
Demonstrated by -

• seeing the uniqueness and personhood of another
• exploring the inner realities of someone else’s soul
• discovering the good work God is doing in another
• having a vision for how someone else is becoming

Care
We believe God invites us to enter the battle for someone else’s soul.
Demonstrated by -

• joining another on their spiritual journey with respect
• entering pain and difficulty with curiosity and compassion
• encouraging others with the good news of the gospel
• moving toward others with relational impact
